If you could have watched a fun and interactive video instead of having to read several chapters of a boring book written by some intellectual that has lost touch to the language of everyday-humans, would you not have chosen the video?
It is fascinating to see what custom e-learning solutions can do. Generally e-learning itself is already an interesting topic, but all too often you still come across these nineties-looking videos that just sound way too much like they are reading that handbook for your microwave. I learned it does not have to be that way.
Coming from another field in the internet technology sector, I only knew a little about the e-learning development that is booming globally. …If every employer would have the fun and interactive custom e-learning solutions that I see here being made every day, the frustration of having to read through that employee training handbook (if you read it) would turn into a fun experience. Imagine employees actually knowing the safety regulations or doctors and nurses being able to prevent unnecessary treatments or infections because of great training.

Think about it! 90%, if every professional were to remember that much and had fun learning it too, that would change the world of business.
